I had some ups and downs during my stay at Hotel Realm. On one hand, the location is pretty great for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On the flip side, the cleanliness of my room left a lot to be desired, and I really expected more from a so-called luxury hotel. Overall, I'd say it felt more like a 3-star experience than the 5-star promise.

The rooms were fantastic and the staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful. however, the housekeeping left much to be desired with dirty carpets and uncleaned kitchen areas. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Canberra, but the facilities like the pool had limited hours that were disappointing.
